Our focus is to save you time and money and reduce stress by helping you organize your information, and utilize our extensive expertise to prepare the required legal documents based on the factual information you provide regarding your case and unique situation.

What you get working with Pro Docs Plus:

  • Dedicated Document Pro: Your personal guide throughout the entire process.

  • Secure Communication: Stay connected with your Document Pro via SMS/text and a secure Online Customer Portal.

  • Expert Document Preparation: We handle all necessary paperwork for all parties involved, including country-specific requirements, with unlimited modifications as needed.

  • Convenient E-Signing: Sign most documents electronically for a faster process, available for all parties involved.

  • Court E-Filing Expertise: We manage your court e-portal account and electronically file all your documents.

  • Post-Filing Tasks: We handle any court corrections, requests, or additional documents required.

  • Post-Filing Support: After receiving your case number, we will guide you through all required tasks specific to your case (putative father registry, service of process, publication, etc.)

  • Final Hearing Preparation: Your Document Pro will prepare and file all final documents for your court hearing.

  • Ongoing Support: Receive regular updates on your case progress via SMS/text and your Customer Portal with extended hours available to accommodate all schedules.

What we do NOT provide:

It is imperative to acknowledge and understand that we do not function as a law firm and do not provide legal advice or representation. Our function is restricted to administrative support and document creation in accordance with your precise directives. We are unable to give any guarantees beyond the precise and efficient delivery of your required documents and court filing. The final decision of your case is always up to the court and judge. By contacting us and utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you are representing yourself in every legal capacity.

Errors and Liabilities:

Pro Docs Plus will prepare all your documents per your direction and utilize the information you provide on our questionnaires.

We will perform an intra-office review of all your documents and will send them to you for review and approval before they are signed and notarized. We also provide unlimited modifications of your documents and will rectify any clerical errors upon notification.

However, it is important to understand that the ultimate responsibility for the content, errors, and omissions in your court documents lies in your hands. Pro Docs Plus cannot be held responsible for any complications that may arise from your utilization of our services.
