How Does RON Work?
Schedule an appointment: Contact us to schedule a convenient time for your notarization.
Complete your ID Verification: Verify your identity via a link we provide via email, using a secure identification method and platform.
RON session: Access your session at the scheduled time to notarize your documents digitally and in the presence of an online notary.
Notarized documents: Once the notarization is complete, the documents will be emailed to you in .pdf format.

What Are the RON Requirements?
Device of your choice: Desktop or laptop computer, tablet, or smart phone.
Device must have a working camera and microphone.
You will need a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Up-to-date web browser and operating system.
Each signer must provide their own email address.
Signers need to be fluent in either English or Spanish.
Signers must be 18 years or older.
You must have a valid photo ID (must not be expired)
U.S. Passport or Passport from any Country
Driver License or ID Card Issued by any U.S. State, U.S. Territory, Canada, or Mexico
ID card issued by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Service
Each signer must complete the ID Verification process via simple biometric authentication, which requires NO social security, verification questions, or credit history.
All required fields must be completed throughout the documents.
Signers must read all documents carefully, prior to your RON session.
*Our online notaries cannot offer legal advice or comment on any content included in your documents.
*If an attorney or other party is submitting documents for a RON session on behalf of someone else, they should make certain that the signers are familiar with the documents and have had any questions addressed.

Once you complete your payment and schedule your RON session, you will receive a link via email to complete your ID Verification prior to your session. You will need a device with a good camera and your ID, so that you can upload your ID and a selfie to the secure platform. Follow the remaining steps to complete.
