    CONTACT FORM & CHAT WITH A DOCUMENT PRO

    Submit your contact form & a Document PRO will promptly contact you via email and text to go over a few quick questions remotely. We'll discuss your unique situation, available options, and how we can best assist you with your legal goals. We also offer extended hours to accommodate all schedules.

  • STEP TWO

    QUESTIONNAIRE & CUSTOMER PORTAL

    You’ll receive a link to our secure questionnaire, which allows you to provide details about your case, upload documents, and process payment, at your convenience from any device. Upon completion, you'll receive an invitation to activate your secure customer portal, specifically assigned to your case file.

  • STEP THREE

    INVOICE & DISCLOSURES

    If you did not include payment when submitting your questionnaire, you will receive an invoice link via email and via your customer portal. NO expensive attorney fees. NO hidden fees. Once payment is completed, you’ll receive a separate link via email and text to e-sign the Non-Lawyer Disclosure forms for your case file.

  • STEP FOUR

    QUESTIONNAIRE REVIEW & DOCUMENT PREPARATION

    You 'll receive a copy of your completed questionnaire through your customer portal, to review all information for accuracy and submit any modifications, additional details, or missing documents. Once you have confirmed everything, we'll begin preparing your draft documents.

  • STEP FIVE

    DOCUMENT REVIEW & FINAL BALANCE

    Upon completion of the internal review of your draft documents, we will send them via your Customer Portal, for you to carefully review everything and provide any final modifications needed. If you have a remaining balance for our services, payment must be completed before receiving your documents for review.

  • STEP SIX

    SIGNING & NOTARIZATION OF FINAL DOCUMENTS

    When you approve your documents, all parties can e-sign their documents for free via our platform. RON (remote online notary) services for customer documents that require notarization are also free. Other parties can purchase RON for an additional charge. You can also hire your own local or mobile notary for any of your documents.

  • STEP SEVEN

    COURT E-PORTAL & E-FILING

    Once all completed documents are received, we assist with correspondence and e-filing your case via the court eportal (court filing fees are due at this time, unless you qualify as indigent). We'll guide you through post-filing tasks, court requirements, additional documents and proposed Orders/Final Judgment for your hearing.

  • FINAL STEP!

    CASE COMPLETION

    After you attend your scheduled hearing (most are now via zoom), we’ll contact you to confirm your case was granted, before closing your file. This is a great time to connect with us on social media, if you haven’t yet, and to share a positive review to help spread the word to other families who need our services.
